There’s something special about having the opportunity to create for people. Beginning as a hobby, and transforming into a meditative practice art has helped me connect with myself and my values, and instilled a sense of gratitude and wonder in the world around me.

Much of my artistic career has been fueled by the belied that there is beauty in everything. Growing up in the Lowcountry of South Carolina I have been fortunate to experience the magnificence of nature and have repeatedly fallen in love with the colors, shapes, and subjects of my coastal home. Nurtured by artists from both sides of my family, I have both professional and amateur training in the fine arts and have continued my artistic journey outside the confines of an academic tutelage.

I believe that people are drawn to art not only for the visual satisfaction, but for the emotional landscape it has the potential to lay for us. As an artist, I have drawn influence from both the characteristics and general of my subjects, while devoting attention to the person or people for whom I’m creating. I strive to create both feeling and personality in my works and appreciate feedback during the process from my clients, infusing their perspective into a unique collaboration that they can appreciate for years to come.

Color balancing and spatial awareness are very important to my aesthetic taste, and I strive to communicate my clients artistic vision in a way that’s situated cohesively with my own artistic style.

My work has been described by viewers and patrons as: full of motion, pleasing, stylistic, attentive, fluid, thoughtful, and vibrant.

“She has the ability to capture motion in a still image, the colors and brush strokes take you with them.”
